Research on Machining Workshop Batch Scheduling Incorporating the Completion Time and Non-Processing Energy Consumption Considering Product Structure

Energy-saving scheduling is a well-known issue in the manufacturing system. The flexibility of workshop increases difficulty scheduling. In schedule, considering collaborative optimization multi-level structure product production and energy consumption has certain practical significance. process sequence parts components should be consistent with assembly sequence. Additionally, non-production (NPEC) (such as workpiece handling, equipment standby, conversion) generated by auxiliary machining operations, which make up majority total consumption, not ignored. A sub-batch priority set according to upper lower coupling relationship structure. bi-objective batch model that minimizes completion time developed, multi-objective gray wolf optimizer (MOGWO) employed solution obtain optimal schedule scheme. case study performed demonstrate potential possibilities concerning NPEC regard reducing show effectiveness algorithm. Compared traditional model, joint PEC can reduce standby handling 9.95% 22.28%, respectively.
